Your data lives in ten places.
Sheets, DMs, inboxes and a whiteboard. Nothing talks to anything else, so nobody can say what the real status of an account actually is.
A complete operating system for marketing agencies. Pipeline, content, inbox and reporting in one place. No spreadsheets. No lost leads.
Sheets, DMs, inboxes and a whiteboard. Nothing talks to anything else, so nobody can say what the real status of an account actually is.
Briefs into calendars, calendars into decks, decks into invoices. Hours every week spent moving data between tools instead of doing the work.
A DM nobody saw. A follow-up nobody owned. Revenue leaks quietly out of the space between your tools.
Month-end turns into a scramble across six platforms to rebuild numbers that should have been there the whole time.
A complete agency operating system running on one platform. No disconnected tools. No duplicate data entry.
Forgotten follow-ups. Half-finished briefs. Deals nobody owned. Everything the team is working on lands on one board, with an owner and a due date.
Schedule a month of content, move ten deals, send fifty emails. One workspace, nothing retyped.
Every deal, message and post updates in real time for the whole team. Not exported. Not stale. Not guessed.
No hopping between six platforms to answer one question. Every tool the agency needs is one click away.
NiaTech is one connected system. Pipeline, content, inbox and reporting, engineered together for one job: running client work.
Stages match how agencies actually deliver: brief, production, review, live. Not a generic sales funnel bolted onto retainers.
Every deal carries its client, owner, due date and next action, so standup is a glance at one board rather than six status calls.
Plan a month across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok on one calendar, with drafts the whole team can see rather than a WhatsApp thread nobody can search.
Scheduled posts publish themselves. Nothing waits on somebody being awake at 6am with the right phone.
Because the work happens in NiaTech, the numbers exist the moment the work does. No end-of-month export marathon across six dashboards.
Pull a client report while you are still on the call with them.
Stages built for delivery
NiaTechDelivery-first
Generic CRMSales-first
General CRMs are usually built around a sales funnel. Every NiaTech stage is designed around agency delivery.
One system, four jobs. The pipeline, the calendar, the inbox and the reports all read from the same records, which is the only reason any of them can be trusted.
A new enquiry goes on the board with its source and status, deduped on email against the leads you already have, so the same person is not added twice and two people do not end up working the same name twice.
Deduped on emailBuilt in the composer and sent from NiaTech. What was sent, and whether it was delivered, opened and clicked, is recorded against that lead.
Opens and clicks loggedOnce it is real work it gets a client record and a card on the pipeline, carrying an owner, a priority and the notes that got it this far.
Owner and stage setStages match how the work actually moves — brief, production, review, live — and every card carries a due date and an owner, so a deal cannot stall because everyone assumed someone else had it.
Due date on the cardDeals, posts, ad campaigns and files all hang off the same client record, so pulling a client report is a read rather than a month-end rebuild.
Reporting reads live recordsEvery account, deal, contact and conversation on one board, so anyone on the team can pick up any client without a handover call.
Draft, schedule and publish to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok from one calendar. Scheduled posts go out on their own.
Team channels and direct messages live in the same workspace as the pipeline, with read state, mentions and an alert when a deal you own moves. The discussion about a client sits with the client.
Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns, with spend, clicks and conversions, in the same workspace as the deals that spend is supposed to be filling.
Shoots, meetings and deadlines on a shared schedule the whole workspace can see, so the team is not double-booking the same day.
Compose campaigns with a visual builder, save them as templates, and send them with delivery, opens and clicks you can see.
Connect the accounts you already have. Nothing to migrate, no export step, no second system to keep in sync.

We’re onboarding agencies one at a time so every workspace gets set up properly. Tell us a little about yours.
NiaTech is an operating system for marketing agencies. It replaces the spread of spreadsheets, schedulers and reporting decks with one workspace: a client pipeline, a content calendar that publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, a shared team inbox, Google Ads campaign management, an email builder and reporting, all reading from the same records.
Small and mid-sized marketing agencies running retained client work: the teams big enough that things fall through the cracks, but not big enough to want a six-month enterprise CRM rollout. If your delivery currently lives across a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and a scheduling tool, NiaTech is aimed at you.
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok for scheduling and publishing, with post performance reported back for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Google Ads, to plan, launch and manage campaigns and see how they are performing. Email is sent through NiaTech. Connections refresh themselves in the background, so in most cases nobody has to sign in again to keep posts publishing.
A general CRM is built around a sales funnel and then bent into shape for agency work. NiaTech starts from delivery: stages match how client work actually moves, content and the team's own conversations sit next to the deals they belong to, and reporting is a by-product of the work rather than a separate monthly exercise.
Yes. Workspaces are shared, with roles for admins and members, so everyone sees the same pipeline, calendar and inbox in real time. There is no per-person export or a version of the truth that only one person has.
Clients, contacts and deals can be brought in when your workspace is set up, so you start from where you already are rather than from an empty board. That is part of why onboarding is done one agency at a time.
Pricing is still being finalised with the early-access group. The plan is a flat subscription per workspace rather than charges per message or per post, and nobody will be billed without agreeing to a price first.
Access is rolling out to a small group of agencies now. Join the early-access list and we will be in touch as soon as a workspace opens up.
